Our Story
The concept of Don Churro was born from the shared vision of Ramses and Griselda Trujillo. With over 20years of experience in sales, management, and hands-on expertise in the food industry, Ramses ensures that our operations run smoothly, providing you with an exceptional dining experience. Griselda, our acclaimed chef, crafts exquisite dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, bringing a true taste of Mexico to every plate.
