Ramses Trujillo
Founder & CEO
Owner and founder of DON CHURRO TAQUERIA & LATIN FLAVORS has 20+ years of sales,
customer relationship management and account management experience. He is a
graduate of Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA where he received a bachelor’s
degree in political science. Ramses started his professional career in banking where he
worked for 10 years; he has since worked in the IT Healthcare and food industries where he
has mastered his business skills. Ramses is well known for delivering results to both his
clients and his employers. His experiences and his passion for success, combined with his
love for food and cooking skills, are the perfect ingredients for the success of DON
CHURRO. In his personal life, Ramses has been happily partnered for 15 years. He is
multilingual and enjoys international travel, which provides him with the opportunity to
learn about other cultures, traditions, and cuisines
Griselda Trujilla
Co-founder and executive chef
Co-founder and executive chef of DON CHURRO TAQUERIA & LATIN FLAVORS, was born in
Guerrero, Mexico which is known for its rich traditions, Pueblos Mágicos, and outstanding
Mexican cuisine. Griselda is a graduate of Centro de Bachillerato Tecnologico Indiustrial y
de Servicios No. 82 (CBTIS 82) in Taxco, Guerrero. She holds a bachelor’s degree in
business administration and has 30 years of experience in the food and restaurant
industries. Griselda’s experience has enabled her to master her skills in customer
relationship building, sales, restaurant operations, and bartender/mixology. However,
Griselda’s true passion has always been in the kitchen, where she takes pride in her ability
to cook homemade dishes that will make you think you are dining in a pueblito in Mexico.
Griselda is excited to align her wealth of knowledge in the restaurant business with her
passion for cooking. This combination will enable DON CHURRO to thrive in the local
restaurant market. In her personal life, Griselda has FIVE children and enjoys traveling with
her family. When her schedule permits, Griselda also enjoys relaxing with a well-made
cocktail and experimenting with new recipes.
